- Supply your logo artwork to us and choose from a range of customisation options
- Confirm your order by completing payment, our experts will then get to work on your order.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery times
Most UK orders are delivered within 10-14 working days, stock permitting. We would like to promise our customers that we do our very best to fulfil orders within this time, however any unforeseen circumstances may slightly alter delivery times. If you need your order quickly, talk to our friendly team on 0115 837 0258 and we’ll see what we can do.

Payment Options
We take secure online payment by either Stripe or PayPal. If you prefer not to make payment online, you can visit us at our Nottingham office or provide payment details over the phone.
Returns Policy
- Please check your invoice and ensure the correct items, colour and sizes are selected, any mistakes after your order has been processed cannot be rectified.
- If you wish to cancel your order after your payment has been processed, please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any cancelled items.
- Printed or Embroidered garments will not be accepted back unless the garment is faulty. Please check the colour, sizing, quality etc. and ensure the order received is correct.
- Only faulty garments that have not been worn will be credited. The garments must be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods against a Returns Number.
- If garments are being returned, you must contact us and request a Returns Number. Goods will not be accepted or processed without an authorised returns number.
- Returned garments should be returned in appropriate packaging. Goods will not be taken back if they are soiled /damaged and/or sent back in poor/inadequate packaging.
- Any shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- All goods should be returned no later than 28 days of receipt of the order.
